Reply from SD-ANALYST on Mar 19 at 2:57 PM We opened an OSS case with SAP a number of years ago with this same issue. Their response was that the system was designed this way - end of story. As a result, we were forced to have the CSRs manually remove the confirmed product when they are rejecting a line item so that reporting is not adversely affected.

When I put a reason for rejection for a material, the confirmed quantity does not change to zero/ or reduce by the amount rejected in VBEP table.
