In the IMG step under Time mgt - Generate work schedules, the work schedules are generated for one WSR for one set of grouping / hol calendar id (or all groupings, cal.id and WSRs by entering '* in the selection fields for the txn). This will fill IT 2011 when you display WS in PT02 (or in IT 7 display, by navigating to WS, or IT 2011 display).
Late coming or early going:
These can be configured as absences, paid or unpaid. .
Entered by entering an absence in IT 2001 or in PTMW. or Shift planning
