As Ravi said, you need to be clear about what you want.
If you want to be a functional consultant, it would be good to have a good knowledge and experience in the relevant field. So SD or SCM would be suitable, I suppose.

I am 37 now . I am a Commerce Graduate and Have a Full time MBA in Marketing. Having more than 11 years of experience in Sales domain in reputed Cement Companies. Currently, I am in a role of a Regional Sales Manager of a cement company. Now, I would like to consider a fresh start in SAP (SD). I know it is too late to start a career but, I would like to know the challenges I might face while getting a job. And if possible pls suggest some good institutes in Bangalore.
