Reply from JG-SAPHR on Mar 29 at 8:53 PM Age has no bearing with when you want to change. People have changed at over 50 to SAP. As Ravi said, you need to be clear about what you want. If you want to be a functional consultant, it would be good to have a good knowledge and experience in the relevant field. So SD or SCM would be suitable, I suppose.
