Note that skipping screen is one of the standard functionality provided by
sap. Try to see if you can full fill the requirement by making the field as
mandatory. Like IT0001, IT000,IT002 are mandatory Infotypes and by
enhancing it you can meet your requirement.
If not then as suggested by nagesh you can approach your abaper with an user
exit and logic.
