Try cleanup trans/tmp folder, maybe some lock was left there.
If it doesn't work you can try cleanup STMS queue deleting your SID file on
trans/buffer directory.

When I'm doing copy client job from my PROD to other CLIENT EQA via scc7
It generates file EPRKX00047 and when doing import job at EQA with client STMS
It keeps loading so long at STMS so I stop the EQA instance in the server and delete the TR file EPRKX00047 (cofiles and data to keep the space in my system)
and generate EPRKX00048 -> doing import again at the new client STMS but now when i open STMS and refresh it keep loading forever (it already 1 day)
Can you help me with that matter?
