Assuming you need to keep these clients on your target system I see you have two options: 1. Export PRD client and import it to your QAS. This option should take more time as your PRD DB should be the bigger one. 2. Export the QAS clients you need to retain (user master and client-dependent data/customizing), perform a homogeneous system copy from PRD to QAS, and re-import the clients you had exported from QAS.
