The issue you have outlined appears to be consistent with the process of deleting A.O with a status of STANDARD from roles. SAP recommended practice is that your A.O. should have a Status of STANDARD or MAINTAINED.

If A.O. with a Status of STANDARD are not required in your role, instead of deleting them, just DEACTIVATE them (so they have a status of INACTIVE) and you will not experience your issue again.

Contact me at bfor1960-at-gmail-dot-com and I'll send you a PowerPoint file explain the issue.

Subject: How to Remove Transactions From Role Without Adding Authorization Objects?

I have removed one transaction from a role, but many new Authorization Objects were created for the remaining transactions.

How can I avoid this behavior?
or collectively delete of the new A.O.

I already try to use the expert mod with the option "Edit Old Status", but the Transaction remains on the A.O. S_TCODE
