The settings are correct and the BOM is also exploding in the PO. Kindly note this is treated as a rework subcontracting order in which the material is marked as free item and goods are issued out using 541 and received via 101 in which components gets consumed (543).
The process works fine in our quality environment but fails in production. Kindly suggest!

Hi ,
BOM not exploding during goods receipt for a subcontracting PO. System throws a message " the system could not copy the subitem in this line Message no : MIGO 023" and upon entering it throws a hard error to "Enter the Plant".
Kindly suggest what could be the reason for the above error and steps to resolve the same.
