a)Create a user table (named as z...) with each slab earning amt and tax amt.
b)Use a PCR (say ZCTX) and read the z table with table operation using the current w/t's amt value, get the tax corresponding.
Or use a custom operation to read the table using the amt value for the current w/t & return the tax value.
c)Call the PCR ZCTX for contract employees based on their ESG or any such id.
