HU sunny boy, we have fixed bins for materials but multiple physical bins for a fixed Bin to store multiple pallets in one Bin. We can store more quantity in these bins then specified i the material master and the Bin master. Mixed storage is allowed however just to be able to store multiple SU managed pallets in these bins, it has to be only unrestricted stock of one materialen per fixed bin. The replenishment Carried out by hand with lt01 can be done endlessly without the cap check being activistes it seems.

The cap.check with LP24 works due to min/max master data I would think. This is not a real capacity check but a calculation of replenishment quantities.

To which capacity check are you referring, what did you setup on storage type level? Do you have a mixed storage setup? Does the same setup work on a ' normal ' storage type?
