Reply from vimalpk on Feb 23 at 6:49 AM Dear SK, Please have a separate storage section named 'Loose' and move the broken pallets in those bins. Every day or weekly or as frequently, you can run a program to fill the pallets and pack it and move to the high storage bins. Hope this helps. truly, Vimal

Below option might work for scenarios where less than case picking is the norm and there is no batch expiration date cust requirements. Our scenario is high volume picking with 50 % chance of both [less than case] and [case Qty]. Ideally, one would like to have the two bins in the pick area next to each other after replenishment based on delivery.(Batch is determined in the delivery). User exit during TO creation is the only way to force the correct bin based on Qty. There might be standard options to handle this in EWM, but have not seen anything in SAP WM. Would like to hear the groups expertise. Thanks, -SK | | Reply to this email to post your response. __.____._ | In the Spotlight Become a blogger at Toolbox.com and share your expertise with the community. Start today. _.____.__ |
