You can opt the option of using ABC Indicator to the material Master &
Equipment and link same material as a construction type in equipment
master.
So, further you can get report on material/equipment list with in
standard SAP PM transaction for report IH08.

You can use material where-used list. The transaction code is IW13, this will show you a report with the combination of work order/equipment/spares.
If you then need further details on a particular critical spare, use T-code MMBE for the stock overview.
