You have different options, if you want to turn off NEU determination just
go to MN05 and delete the records of NEU.
If what you want is that the system stop looking for more output types once
it determines a first one (lets say ZNE2) then you should go to the
customizing.
For the latest check SPRO: Materials Management > Purchasing > Messages >
Output Control > Message Determination Schemas > Define Message Schema for
Purchase Order
Make sure ZNE2 record in its procedure is in a step before NEU type.

I have a problem. A customized output type ZNE2 is maintained. Output type NEU is also triggering even if ZNE2 is maintained.
What to do so NEU should not triggered when ZNE2 is maintained as output type ?
