As you are creating the service PR / Service PO. create one service
activities, and in service tab of PO you can add that service activates,
and you can put 8 no against the service activities. no you can enter the
service entry sheet (GR) for each invoice. Then can book the invoice.

Yes GR by months your PO...
You won't GR anything that you have not yet received or not yet done for
you. If it a Service maybe create PO without GR indicator and only IV
indicator.
