Now is more related to strategy, process, kpi's, analytics and user commitment than a tool. To be realistic, I don't see value anymore on any crm certification now, SAP, SalesForce, anyone. It's time to change the mindset, successful crm's are not based on tools, or best market player, rather based on the way you conduct the project with the people.
