Cofiles go in /usr/sap/trans/cofiles
Don't inadvertently change the files' EOL type, if using FTP to copy.

Copy the corresponding data and cofiles to the \usr\sap\trans\cofiles folder on the QA server. Run STMS on the QA server, and on the Import Queue: System QA, click on the Extras menu, Other Requests, Add. Key in each transport request on the resulting field.
