Looks to me like an account security issue for the SAP account which is used by the portal to make the connection to the backend. Someone here in BASIS could probably tell you what to do, but the SAP-SECURITY forum is the right place to discuss that type of issue. sap.ittoolbox.com/groups/technical-functional/sap-security

does anybody know if SNC activation changes RFC authorization checks?
In our QA we've successfully activated SNC. We of course still allow insecure connections. But after SNC activation the user of our non-sap Portal could not connect anymore to our SAP backend.
"No RFC-Authorization for Function Group SYST"
We're on SAP ECC 6 with SAP Basis release 700 SP 29.
It is quite easy to fix, but does anyone faced the same issue? I could not find any SAP notes regarding this so I assume it is not a bug.
