The cost center is picked in MIRO from PO. So you need to assign the cost
center while making the PO itself. You can change it every PO.

Can you please explain more about substitution for my case? I have only one business area say 0001 and three cost centers say X Y & Z for three mines say A B & C within the same BA. Now my requirement is during MIRO system should pick CC X for mines A, CC Y for mines B and CC Z for mines C without defaulting in CC in cost element.
