Default Acc Assignment -> check CC & order field should be blank.
It'll resolve your issue.

Thanks for your quick reply. That is right P&L requires cost centre. Since we have different cost centre for separate business are say mines. Cost centre is not fixed in gl account. Can you please explain more on this. My clients want to remove the cost center default account assignment for this GL. If I am removing the cost center then error is showing. Any validation or substitution for this.
