Reply from nvpsrinivas on Jan 19 at 9:30 AM Thanks Leonardo & Jagan My apologies as I have posted this without having a detailed look at my T588Z, further introspection shows me that there is one more Dynamic action written for the same scenario (with some other sequence numbers) which asks system to default all the mentioned date types with the BEGDA of the Action, due to which System is doing such....Now that I have deleted that I am now getting what was required by User....BUT wish to seek your further inputs of the below scenario During the Action type '03', our aim is to default the date type '92' by copying the existing record. as mentioned above this was achieved...but further if an employee already has date type '92' in any of the date field (DAR01,DAR02....etc) with some previous date, how do we identify that and replace the DAT field of that particular date type with current action date. Any inputs on this please Thanks and Regards Srinivas

To be more precise, if the earlier record of IT41 has 3 date types (say 89,90,91 with some dates of say 01.01.2011,01.01.2011,01.05,2012) then the new IT41 record which was proposed to create/copy does have date types 89,90,91 and also 92 but with dates as the BEGDA of the action. What I wanted was only 92 date type to be filled new date and all other dates as original... Please suggest how to achieve this.
