Our process is this: Open fax or email from second monitor and save it to an Order file Then reopen it and create a sales order Save the sales order then reopen sales order and attach the incoming Po to the sales order Then we manually have to remember to email the confirmation. There has to be a faster process. Please elaborate on how this can be done faster.
