First in item overview, create item Description as Services, quantity as 1
unit, price as 12000$
then in services tab in item details enter description and quantity as 1
for 12 months i.e 12 service lines and some approx. gross price and finally
don't forget to tick mark price change allowed indicator.
Then in SES for each month you can enter qty as 1 and the variable price.
Hope this helps.
In case of some errors, you can change the PO quantity or the price in me22n
(if changes to PO is possible later on). The SES will not allow posting if
the quantity in PO is exceeding.

As per your e mail, we can change the value in ML81N and take partial
receipts. Yes we can do that but my concern is, will PO be available for the
rest of amount after taking partial receipts for the next each month till
finish or touch the PO total value.
I have given understand from my procurement dept that in case of services
PO if we take partial receipts, the PO will get blocked after receipts and
will not allow to take another receipt in the next month and so on.
