Reply from Mike-11 on Jan 8 at 2:04 AM If I've read your scenario correctly, the Limits functionality can be used and each monthly amount drawn from the overall limit of $12000. This removes the need to amend any price. SE's are free text when using the Limit functionality

As you mentioned the total amount as 12000 and it differs each month, you can
enter a value in PO and the same value can be changed in ML81N while
entering SES, for that you have to tick the price change indicator in
services tab in item details tab in po.
