Just check under ME21N. Its almost like a normal PO. If you have custom Z
document created for Service then you can user Z(Service).
But don't go looking for ZSER (might not be like that for your company)
Item category D (Service) and account assignments U(unknown). Then enter
service limits and service numbers (if you do have service masters)

a) Create service po in tcode ME21N, select doc type(zser),put account assignment catero cat (k) & item cat (d). enter material group & short text in item overview . in item level put the overall limits & expected limits & save the document.
b) Create service entry sheet in tcode : ML81N. in that enter unplanned services. qty & value
c) Accepts the service entry sheets (accounting document gets created in background);
d) Finally post Miro in the system; |
