Question from sapsleuth on Dec 4 at 7:57 AM Hi all We are intending to use report RSIRPIRL to remove entries stored in the DB in tables SOFFCONT1 and BDS_CONT1 to a Content Server. We have already read the associated notes. There is a huge volume of documents; ideally we need to know what these are/how large they are so we can ensure the Content Server has sufficient storage. Tables SOFFCONT1 and BDS_CONT1 both reference a PHIO_ID, as does report RSIRPIRL. I started looking for any tables that detail the files (and their sizes) - preferably referenced by PHIO_ID. I dig some digging and came across table SOOD which shows some very interesting details about file specifics - including field OBJLEN which looks to be the object size (is this in bytes?). There's no PHIO_ID number in the table but I found a few posts about using table SRGBTBREL to map the PHIO_ID number with an object ID (with some conversion). Great - except: table SRGBTBREL is empty in our system! Any other way I can relate these PHIO_IDs to the actual files & specifically file size? Thanks Ross P.S. Something else I found a little confusing... RSIRPIRL returns some PHIO_IDs that aren't actually in SOFFCONT1... what does that mean? | Reply to this email to post your response. __.____._ | _.____.__ |
