Hi Gracie,

No other way to correct the PERNR number ranges. I've faced this problem and we had to download all the infotypes and prepare the system for a charge. To clear all data, use the transaction PU00. Delete the current numbering ranges, change the feature NUNKR to upload external numbers and go ahead. Then upload the organizational structure, reconciling the PA and PD structures and then upload employee data, this time with the correct numbering range. Pen close attention to LSMW objects, I suggest ask to Basis team to create a new environment exclusively to test upload data before you start corrections.

Regards,

Subject: Replacing Employee Number Instead Of Deleting All Employee Information

Hi Experts,

Our Recruitment team encoded all employees in SAP-HCM. Eventually, all employee numbers were incorrect. Do we need to delete all and hired them anew or is there a way in SAP where we can retain the employee information but we'll just replace the correct employee number instead.

Please help
