Reply from LCC352 on Dec 15 at 4:51 PM When you say you get a "difference date" are you getting an actual date? If so, you need to change the result to be an integer. That should give you a number of days. To get months, create another field with decimals and divide by 30. It won't be 100% accurate, but it will give you a close approximation. If you were writing code, I believe there are functions you might use, but in a simple query, you won't have that ability. Lou
