suggest you also interface goods issues / stock reduction postings as well
to keep your inventory between the two environments in sync otherwise your
inventory/stock levels in SAP will always be overstated. You would also
have to consider physical inventory adjustments from the legacy and scrap
movements as well as any goods returned due to quality or over delivery.
If you also want to post and pay invoices in SAP, however, I would suggest
interfacing the PO into SAP as well.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO DO AUTO GR AND AUTO INVOICE WITHOUT PO? User using purchasing system (legacy) to purchase, GR, invoice. But user wants to maintain the stock in SAP as well. Maintain stock and value. Is it possible? Can this be achieved by giving template to do auto gr and invoice? |
