You need to set up the first one as an output tax and the other one as an
input tax.

Follow the SAP Delivered tax codes Ax (output) and Vx (input) tax codes. x
represents #s like 0 (non-taxable) 1...n taxable.

*If you really need 2 tax codes for sales (output) only with the same %
you can still create these with a different ID and description. You need to
make sure your users select the right tax code in every case.*

A1 16.5 on Sales
A2 16.5 on Goods bought

Both should be activated.
