Unfortunately this doesn't do the trick. I booked off all the stock in the storage type and booked on 6 pc's, 6 pc's and 4 pc's on Tuesday and a day later gaaien the same quantities. After that a pick of 8 pc's and the system picks 6 pc's and 2 pc's off the pallets which were booked in on Tuesday. I would like to have the 4 from both Tuesday and Wednesday to be picked. In this way the number of incomplete pallets is kept to a minimum in my opinion.

Subject: SAP WM Partial Pallet Quantity Stock Removal Strategy Is Not Working

Hi,

I have an issue where a pick TO of 8 pcs is picked according to FIFO although I have entered removal strategy 'A' (partial quantity management' implemented.

In LS24 the stock is stored like this. 3 pallets received at march 17 2014 and 1 pallet received at April 30 2014. The pallet quantity in the material master in WM2 is 6pcs.
According to the settings it should pick storage type 103, bin BF J31-A and BF J23-B but it picks BF J31-A and BF J31-A (looks like FIFO)

103 BF J23-B 4 ST 30.04.2014
0006 0 0
103 BF J24-A 4 ST 17.03.2014
0006 0 4
103 BF J31-A 6 ST 17.03.2014
0006 0 4
103 BF J32-B 6 ST 17.03.2014
0006 0 0

This stock was already existing before the 'A' removal strategy was set in the storage type, it used to be FIFO.
Any ideas how to solve this?
THANKS!
