It may be security error.. Please contact the security/basis guy by sending
/su53 screenshot.
This might be the access/authorization issue and they can provide you the
required roles/auths.
Also share the other system details to them in to which you/any of your
team mate can login.
Whether the system is up and running fine? also check.
