I suppose that you did it with recording. But with recording you can upload only flat structures.
For your purpose is good to go with LSMW and Idoc ACC_DOCUMENT
and create 2 import structure.
You have to create 2 source files.
1st file will consist of header data
2nd file will have line data
Both files must have unique ID - which will SAP recognize as key
- with this method you can proceed.

Hello to All,
I am migrating data using t-code F-02(Journal Voucher-JV entry) in LSMW. When I put one record through LSMW it shows in SAP.
I successfully record one entry of T-code F-02 and assign it and it shows in SAP
But,suppose we input more than one entries against one Voucher,and we input more than one vouchers then how SAP recognizes the entry(means which entry is from which voucher).
How we can differentiate the voucher and the entries,because one voucher contains more than one entries.
Please help me into this regard.
