Have you set up the relevant SAP logon tickets in transaction STRUSTSSO2?

Subject: JCO Connector Connection Test Failing

Hi,

We have a sso connection issue in JCO connector connecting from EP to ECC system.
If we login to irj/portal and go to the connection in system landscape and do the connection test, the third connection test->connection test for connector fails with error SSO not configured.

The error message updated in OS level for this error in file dev_jrfc.trc is "name or passwor is incorrect", but when we go to connection details and change the logon method from "SAPLOGONTICKET" to "UIDPW" and maintain some user in user administration then the connection test is successful.

Can anyone please tell me where is the userID maintained when you choose "SAPLOGONTICKET" so that I can maintain the UID/PWD correctly.
