How to convert the special characters ex: ö,ä,ü,ß,@ in a string to the respective UTF-8 (http://www.utf8-zeichentabelle.de/).
I am consuming webservice using HTTP_GET where I need to send the URL. In this URL I need to enter some parameters like name, address. In that website it is mentioned to convert the special characters (http://evatr.bff-online.de/eVatR/xmlrpc/faq_xmlrpc#f11).
Is there any FM for doing this conversion?
