None of the activity you made in SAP system without any consequences when
you change description usually system will record the changed and if you
have transaction before changes ex print out the PO document you have to
reprint.
Why do you have to archive the document?

I must change some of the values entered in Description field of KO02 transaction for Internal order? Before making the change, I must be sure can the value of this field be changed without any consequences?

Also, is it possible to archive internal order instead deleting it? Perhaps using archiving object CO_ORDER? Which transaction is used for this action?
