Yes, moreover in table T529A - "Check column" we have other options as
well
like MSN20, MSN30, MSN31

MSN20 for withdrawal - The feature will have the return value 0 -
Withdrawn will check if the previous STAT2 is not equal to 0.(STAT2 value 0
means EE is employment status is not active currently)

MSN21 for reentry - It will check if the last STAT 2 value is 0 - hence
we can perform a reentry

MSN32 for early retirement/retirement - this will check if the employee
STAT2 - 1 as active and allow to perform the early retirement action

All the features are related to the STAT2 field in Infotype 0000 - Action as
it will determine the status of the employee.

Means if you will not assign MSN21 in Check option of T529A table , System
will not accept rehire action f that EE

Hope this will help

Thanks,

Sapna

Subject: Rehire a Terminated Employee in SAP HR

Hi Mostafa,

When you create a new action, the system checks whether the features of this action match the features of the previous action. The feature you enter in this field controls performance of this check table T529A 'check' as MSN21.

Regards,
Ratan
