username. Simply send an email email@removed and let them know what
you want to change it to.
*2.Method*- In SU01 SAP has RENAME option. (renaming function was disabled
from release 731 and EHP6, EHP7 )
*3.Method- *You can copy it, then delete the old one.

and FM RENAME_USER_ON_DB is completly compentetd.
So result is :
renaming function was disabled from release 731
