When I hire an employee and during the hiring action, in IT0001 I hit F4 in the PLANS (Position) field I will see the complete OM Structure, then choose any position for my new employee... however there are positions already occupied in the future ie. 01.01.2015 and they still show as vacant or selectable...
Of course the IT0001 will give the user the error "Time constraint allows you to assign only one person". my constraint is setup in 2 but I already tried to modify this to get the expected result and it's not possible.
For example the previous position (above) is already occupied in the present, that's why it shows the link with the person.
My system settings are:
PLOGI ORGA X
PPVAC PPVAC 1
PPVAC DEFVC X
PPVAC PERCT ' '
PPVAC PREF ' '
Is there a possibility that this search help only shows the never occupied positions instead of only the current occupied ones?
