Reply from Scott_T on Oct 8 at 1:51 PM Finance has annual transactions for year end balance carry foward and or closeout: F.15, GVTR, F.07, and GCAC for example - there's also some for Assets, I think AJAB & ABST2 and the undo ones: OAAQ, OAAR. There are also a number of specifi country solution based ones, so discuss this with your Finance team. And make sure they think about the other countries. In my exprience the HQ group will only consider their needs - and not what other departments or countries need. So think Tax, Audit, Law and International Finance groups. Also there are periodic audit reports that will not occur on a standard pattern. In the US State SUT tax auditors will show up and demand to look at an odd range of dates. Often a 2 to 3 year range, that is a couple of years in the past. German Auditors will come by every 2 or 3 years and ask to look at a similar odd range. For those you may want to creat a special non-cancellable set of exceptions - and stick them in a single role for Audit requests. Some of these are performed by the actual outside auditors, some by your internal audit department, or even one of the the tax groups. (yes - there's usually more than one - specialized by area: VAT, Sales and Use, Federal, Fiscal etc.) For tracking usage we have an internal version of a prgram based on RBE. Quite helpful as it lets you look at user, program and tcode depending on how it's run. Hope this helps.

Do you have any features in SAP to know the SAP trancodes not used by a user in the last 6 months?. Do you have such requirements? Thanks&Regards, Jyothisha BS SAP Basis Team | | Reply to this email to post your response. __.____._ | _.____.__ |
