Reply from Juliesyl on Oct 27 at 3:51 PM We did some testing and were able to deactivate the HCM production password and they were still able to log in to the portal and enter time/travel/ etc. So I think this is the route we are going to go unless someone else has a best practice.

We would like to be able to prevent some of our users from logging into the HR Production system via the SAP GUI and to access their time and attendance, benefits, and travel via the SAP portal only. What is the correct way to accomplish this, we've played with making the SAP UID a communication user and that works, no dialog logon is possible but I'm not sure if this is the correct use of this license type or if there are any licensing issues. |
