Reply from edshortt on Oct 25 at 11:40 AM Hello Neeta, check the user status profiles setup. Sometimes you could define a user status that "forbids" the completion cancellation. Go into the status, click on business transactions and scroll down to see the red light processes. Then when you find your completion cancelation with a red light, select the process and click on the bottom right button and should show you which particular user status is preventing your step.
