Reply from dbcasey on Oct 7 at 9:27 AM Try one of these programs (via SE38/SA38) RSSCD100, RSSCD1TS, or CHANGEDOCU_READ. You could copy, add/delete fields and assign a transaction. These tables combine header and item fields from tables CDHDR and CDPOS. Program CHANGEDOCU_READ extracts change data from more tables, i.e. EKKO, EKPO, EKKN, EKET, EKPA. The Object Class value for POs is EINKBELEG. The Object ID/Value is the PO number.

I need to make a report showing the changes in a Purchase Order: ME23N -> Enviroment -> Document Item -> Document Changes.
Any idea what table to check or any function Module to be used to get this information?
