We purposefully, we have skipped posting for October month for this Employee (as we are getting error), then we run the posting for November but still we are getting an error.
Kindly suggest on this.

Subject: Posting Issue for an EE
Issue: There is retro recovery of WT XXXX because it is not adding to total gross.
The recovery amount is incorrect causing posting imbalance issue for October payroll.
Solution we tried: Wage type XXXX issue is fixed already and changes are in system now. Hence we skipped this employee from posting for Oct period and processed live payroll for November but still getting the posting error for November period.
So, please suggest to me in this.
