The customizing documentation of table T582Z is even clearer :
Access path : Personnel Time Management -> Integrating Time Management with Other
SAP Applications -> Recording Cost Assignment Specifications.
In the documentation, at the bottom you will find that cost assignment for which of the following infotypes can be linked to cost assignment specifications. It is not possible in infotypes 0416 & 2007.
The only supported infotypes that support cost assignment are 0014, 0015, 2001,
2002, 2003, 2004, 2005 and 2010.
Adding infotype 0416 in the permitted list forcost assignment would a change of SAP standard. You could still do it, by adding this entry in table T582Z.
Also check table V_T582A. The field "Accntng/log dat" must be flagged...
