Reply from sap_user_ on Oct 3 at 5:30 PM Thank you Lou .I was able to discover a simple way to reference the total from one column to another. Its simple and a weird way. Essentially when changing the report, click the total cell. It will show a check mark to the left. Essentially making the total available to be ref from a different column. Then when I add a formula in a new column, the checked column shows up as a Z ref. Asif

This includes four rows for four different revenue GL accounts. Then a total for total revenue. In the second column I want to add a formula which caclulates a percentage of total revenue for each row. for e.g. If the four rows (for four different revenue accounts) in the first colum are: $10, $20, $20, and $50. Then the corresponding rows in the second column (for pecentage of total revenue) should be: 10%, 20%, 20%, and 50%. Any help on how to calculate the percentage of total revenue in the second column would be very appreciated.
