I cancelled the workflow 'PO Document Approval Reminder' which was sending 'Blanket Release PPxxxxxx release 1 has not been accepted by the acceptance due date' reminder to the user again and again.
This Blanket PO release is closed and lines are cancelled but we are receiving this reminder again and again.
After cancelling the workflow it is getting re-launched and sending the reminders again. Can anyone help me with this? How to stop these notifications? What is triggering event of this workflow?
