Hi Gurus,

I have a requirement.

If there is any Transfer for an employee, the employee gets 7 days of preparatory leave to join at new location. If he joins before 7 days, the balance days need to be added to EL quota of the employee.

Please help me in customizing same or do I need to develop a PCR for the same?

If PCR needs to be developed, please help me with the logic.
