Before Release the budget please ensure your assigned valueS
Already your network assigned value (88,791.20 USD )
It was allowed based on the Released overall budget (90,000 USD)
Now you reduce the overall budget value (1000 usd ), it won't allow
because of assigned value (88,791.20 USD)
You have to cancel your assigned value. Otherwise budget release only possible More than 88,792 usd in overall budget
You can't reduce the budget 1000 usd

When I try to release 1,000 USD in both year & overall budget the system displays error message no. BP603
Item WBS element TEST14 budget exceeded
Diagnosis
Budget was exceeded by 87,791.20 USD in document item WBS element TEST14 .
When I released 1,000 USD in 2014 and 90,000 USD in Overall the system displays warning Message no. BP613
Item WBS element TEST14 budget almost exhausted
Diagnosis
The assigned funds are 1,208.80 USD less than budget in document item WBS element TEST14 .
