Reply from hovering_yogi on Sep 10 at 6:07 AM Ask the user again how they think they stand on a legal basis and why they cannot use FOB in Incoterm 1 and the port name and condition e.g. Stowed & Trimmed - Hamburg Presumably you print both the incoterm and description on your paperwork so it covers you with clear understanding of the customer even if there is no clear legal basis for the point of Stowing and Trimming - although you should read some case law about FOB definition even and arguments that has caused when product is already in a container and at what point it becomes FOB. I also hope that the user isnt currently typing in FOB in inco 1 and Free on Board in inco2 (or their equivalents in the legacy system) and if you need a description of the valid 3 character term that you decode that from table TINC

In my system, I was limited to create Incoterm that are three characters long maximum. I was wondering if it is at all possible to create Incoterms with five characters long ? Thank you, Jaya (Singapore) | | Reply to this email to post your response. __.____._ | _.____.__ |
