Thank you for taking the time to respond. Much appreciated. I have gone through the schema as suggested and its calculating correctly for the salaried employees. Since the hourly wage types are not set for factoring, I am thinking that perhaps the hours are being prorated based on the hours on IT0007 and the actual hours worked. Any ideas around that?

Subject: Hourly Paid Employees Pension Should Not Pro Rate

Hi Experts,

We have hourly paid employees on the system and when employeed mid month their pension calculation is incorrect. The amount is pro rated and then calculated. This should not happen. The wage type is not set for factoring. Any suggestions as to why this is happening?

Thank you
